z3ta+ in Ableton Suddenly some patches have no Sound

Hi, I've had this issue before but cant exactly remember how I fixed it but I've tried the following to fix it so far, also Forum Search is re-directing me to the News section of this website right now for some reason.
Observations:
-The Standalone VST version works fine.
-The input indicator lights when pressing keyboard strokes but the sound bar on the VST nor the keystrokes produce sound
- I am using Automap plugin which re-creates the DDL to allow the plugin to tie-in, but you can choose to use the non Automap DLL version, either way, neither work.
-The patches that do work can be anything, there dosnt seem to be a pattern
-All my other plugins are Ok
-Z3ta is seemingly using LOTS of CPU even when playing a broken-silent patch
- The issue is with ANY project + new projects
Anyway, I have tried:
-Replacing the DLL's - z3ta+.dll
-Uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling
-Replacing the Patches folder (\Presets)
Any ideas guys, appreciated..

Ok, I read about the Mod wheel issue but I didn't put it down to it because other patches were OK, but I will check and change its parameters to see what happens.
Could you confirm how I can check for Oversampling, how does Z3ta use this?

| i was having some weird problems with z3ta+2 in Live as well - it wouldnt accept notes from my midi keyboard, playing notes in the midi window piano roll would be ok tho |

Ok I've toggled Oversampling x2 which dosnt make a difference, nor does playing with the Mod Wheel..
I've read about no sound when rendering but not random patches not working... |

Cant remember LOL - havent been doing any tunes as no time at the moment - when i get back to it ill see if the problem is still there
It was only some patches, i think Arps - it would play like 1 or 2 notes of the arp and then stop
I assume at one stage everything was ok? Can you retrace your steps, maybe some new plugin/whatever you installed thats conflicting? |
