Here's a video I just uploaded. Keep in mind the whole left side of the dancefloor was decently packed because it was the "vip" area. This was also towards the end of the night because Justin went on somewhere between 4:30-5, I don't remember exactly.

hmmm.... doesn't look too busy but as long as the music was good and the people that went had fun...

I don't know how packed it was earlier in the evening, because I got there a little bit before 2AM. When we got there, there was a lot of people leaving (mainly girls and couples) and there was no line to get in. But there was at least a minimum of 250/300 people inside. I even asked someone and they said people were leaving the party, and I'm pretty sure it was the music.

The Legendary Doc Martin was KILLING it!! (Like Always) But the crowd wasn't feeling it, the vibe there ing sucked! Worthy and Justin got the crowd going a bit more, but honestly it wasn't until Dj Kam went on and started playing "big room" tech house did the crowd start to wild out. Mind you this was already passed 6AM and the majority of the crowd had left already.

I kept on running into people in my hotel that were down there from LA/SD/OC for the festival yet the whole time I was there I never saw them. And I'm pretty sure it's because they had no idea what kind of music was going to played, they heard tech and bounced. The side room to the left of the stage was pretty small, but there were a few times where it was pretty packed and the DJ was playing top electro while trainwrecking. While in the main room you had Worthy dropping BOMBS!! So it made no sense to me really.

What you guys don't realize is that he doesn't have to throw anymore parties.

He has more than enough money to retire and just put his feet up and watch the sunset every night from his home in Malibu that's on the water front.

So what would you rather have, a few companies that are controlling the show? Or another option that's going after a different EDM audience?

Hate all you guys want, but I rather have more options then just one or two. As I have said in my other posts this EDM bubble is giving me a headache I want something different.

But it's all good, you morons can keep going to Vegas dropping $$$ on bull clubs that cater to the worthless VIP, that give you a dancefloor the size of my garage, rip you off with drinks, wont let you in unless you have multiple chicks or wont let you in even if you HAVE a ticket. Or you can do the alternative and stay in LA/OC/SD/InsertYourCityHere and see the same ing acts over and over, pay ridiculous cover, or fall into the VIP/BottleService trap and waste your hard earned money on one ing hang over. Or better yet you guys can go to the next HUGE festival, get ripped off even more with parking/drinks/water, get ing stabbed and die, be just a ing number to them. Or better ing yet, just go all out and go to Ibiza/Europe, ya that's the best cost effective plan yet. Why drop 10k on a bottle when you can go to Ibiza and have the time of your life for a few days at all the dope clubs that rip you off WORSE than Las Vegas.

Enough of this rant, you guys get my point. The choice is yours, support who ever the you want.

I wonder who Reza promoted it to or if he got any of the Mexican promoters involved. Some of the longtime local promoters have pretty big draws. TBH, I didn't hear about it Love Fest until a few days before. Also, to be fair, Rosarito has also been hit hard with the US crowd. It's tough getting people from this side to show up there.

So. He has all the money than was ever refunded from all the cancelled events??

Did you get a cut Nero?

Just saying, anyone supporting or playing for anything go ventures should have their heads examined.

I got paid 0 for going down there.

The whole trip costed me about 500 bucks after everything was said and done. But it was worth every single penny going down there and hanging out with my friends. ;)

Even Mexicali en la Playa, that was there a few weeks ago was dead. I kep on asking the taxi drivers how that event was and they said it wasn't as good as last years. :(

I was there for Mexicali En La Playa and there were a lot more people everywhere. Most Hotels were sold out. My cousin couldn't find a room until Sunday. Mexicali En La Playa is a city wide event. It's not just the strip. There was something going on everywhere you went. I was over at the drag races on the other side of town and it was packed. The strip was packed when I was there too. It looked like the old days. Lots of bikes were parked outside of Papas & Beer and you couldn't find parking anywhere.

The first five pics, is Lazaro Casanova during Mexicali En La Playa. The last two, is 3BallMTY (Mad Decent) two weeks ago. They both pulled pretty big crowds compared to Go Ventures.
