how do urename a .html file into a .mp3 file????!!!!

Not long till next weekend. I am a computer spaz as well but can't you just change the file to .mp3? Or maybe i don't know what im talking about.

IN explorer u right click the file... go to rename... then delete the part after the . where it says html and u type mp3... easy.
Assuming of course that the file is actually a music file. |

errmmm...maybe he doesn't have extensions showing
...if u can't see the .html in the explorer window...click
Tools -> Folder Options... -> View -> Hide extensions for known file types

You can't change HTML into MP3. HTML is HyperText Markup Language. A language that web pages are written in. MP3 is a way to compress sound files so that they take less time to download. Unless it's not actually a html file it's just got the wrong extension on it.
You must have just made a mistake in downloading it. Maybe you downloaded the page that the link was on not the MP3 itself? |

um, thanks for that but i believe he means he downloaded a file which is a mp3 but was named with a .html extension some webpages do this since there hosting server dont like .mp3's being hosted.
if so just do what they said earlier. |
