| Ostrich booked him for a private party last summer, it was one of the best parties and sets I've ever been to.. deep hypnotic sexy house. He played for about 2 hours until the cops shut down the party. He was planning on playing much longer, I was really disappointed. |

What an epic set by Dixon. He controlled us from start to finish. His tracks sounded so good at stereo and with the Urei mixer. A true master. Unbelievable. I'm really happy I finally got a chance to show my friends why I have such a hard on for his music. Also, it was really nice to hear a DJ play such textured and melodic techno/house filled with vocals here and there. Song-based music and not just straight up beats. A real journey.
Thank you Nadir for this booking. Now please re-invite him for an extended set (and throw in Ame as well if you can!) |
