This summer marks the 15th Anniversary of dancing under the sun, moon & stars at the magical Sunnyside Pavilion. Every year we cap off the summer with a grand finale on Labour Day Long Weekend and this year will be no exception! Last summer we decided to take things to the next level and open up the entire pavilion for 10 hours of glorious house music & techno in 2 courtyards. Over 2 thousand dance music faithful joined us in the garden by the beach for a spectacular Sunset Session and we can’t wait to do it again this year with another incredible line-up of local & international talent! Join us for another fun filled day of dancing in the sun and grooving under the stars with Brooks, Milk. & Boogie.

We’ve been working on bringing Morgan Geist AKA Storm Queen to Sunnyside for while now and it’s finally happening! We couldn’t think of a more fitting guest to throw down alongside Toronto’s finest in celebration of 15 Years of dancing under the sun, moon & stars…

In 2010, RA Resident Advisor awarded Metro Area’s “Miura” top honors with the #1 spot in its “Top 100 Tracks of the Decade” poll - beating out the likes of Green Velvet, Dennis Ferrer, Kerri Chandler, Âme, Laurent Garnier, Daft Punk, Basement Jax, M.A.N.D.Y., Pépé Bradock, Ricardo Villalobos, Moodymann, Joy Orbison and Claude VonStroke to name a few.

Since then, Morgan Geist has embarked on a solo project under the moniker, Storm Queen. His massive debut release, "Look Right Through” is the perfect blend of disco, electronics, and soulful dubby boogism, complimented by the incredibly soulful vocals of Damon C. Scott. With this song, Mr. Geist reminds the world why he has been the "Lord of Electronic Disco" over the past decade with remixes by the likes of Art Department, Jamie Jones, Dimitri From Paris, MK and Aeroplane. The original version of this song, combined with the official music video and remixes has received literally millions of hits on Youtube - a certified electronic music monster!
