I'd love it if I could cry more often. I cry once a year in general, and there have been years I didn't cry at all - and I'm sure that can't be healthy.
Anyway, early July this year. |

mmmm... a few months ago, roughly.
I had a pretty realistic dream and it was dripping in epicsauce. When I woke up I was so moved I started tearing up :wtf: I should've written the details of the dream down, but I wanted back into the dream so badly I turned over and tried diving right back in. It didn't work, and of course I've since forgotten the details. |

I've read from people that practice lucid dreaming that keeping a notebook or notebook computer by your bedside -- especially if you can type without turning the screen on so it stays dark -- so that when you wake up from a dream like that you can do a sort of stream-of-consciousness and record everything you remember really helps you remember and recall details hours, days and months later, as well as potentially help you re-enter your dream when you go back to sleep. This method's also used by lucid dreamers to help them separate reality from dream-state so they can identify the difference while sleeping and attempt to go lucid. Try it, and report back here! |
