i think he is a ok producer...if it wasnt for his name (plus others) hiphop and rap wouldnt be anythin...i respect him...to have the balls to even try a project like this is great...
bout Oakenfold...YES...he started with hiphop and whatnot...i dont blame him for his recent productions...i sorta like them but nothin like his trance...

Man you don't who the your dealing with...you say you know hop hop just cuz you bboyed and tagged. Great. You and along with the thousands of other junior high kids across the nation claiming to be HHH. You don't think I use to break and scribe? Bitch I STILL break and leave my mark to this day. Yeah, Wu Tang is true hip hop, with Meth, RZA, GZA, Mastah, but they too are commercialized.
And you can't deny that P Diddy aint a great producer. He has no talent at rapping, but his label is on of the strongest in the commercial hop hop industry today. He gets money because he knows how to produce, and in turn he puts out commercial crap, and he gets money and so on. Ever heard of the entertainment business cycle biatch? It's what keeps major artists, even in electronica going today. They sell on name.
I'll shut my mouth when I see you rolling in bills, and scoring Armani parties every day. But till then, give the people who deserve props, even if you don't like em.
As for you Firestarter, I grew up on hip hop...TRUE HIP HOP. Rakim, Jazzy Jeff, A Tribe Called Quest, PB Wolf, Mos Def, Blackalicious,GM Flash...you name it, I probably have their CD. So yeah, I could safely say that I have heard a few rap songs in my lfe. And for being so serious, I don't get how you don't get mad about bitches blaring out ignorant like they did earlier. |
