i guess...i just got used to doing it....the periods come in in time of thinking...and ...kinda like now..when i'm thinking about what to type. get it?

the term progressive isnt a genre of its own speedracer
progressive is a subgenre used in many other genres such as rock for example
so instead of posting something like this telling people to get their genres right, fix your knowledge first

There is no genre called "progressive". That's like being asked what music you listen to and replying, "I listen to hard, mostly." Hard what? Hard rap? :p
I'd say progressive is a term used to describe music. One can have progressive house or progressive trance (although they can be admittedly similar). Calling something progressive is simply a way of describing the sound without getting too in-depth in analysis. Although I'd agree with you, Airdrawndagger is not progressive trance, save for tracks like Bloodlock and possibly Cloud Cuckoo. |

I posted this like two months ago and i think theres a definte diff its in the beats and the melody man its not about how u like the track its about thne beats and the sound prog is darker and trance tends to be a lil more uplifting, but then theres prog like max graham. |

just becuase u like progressive and uve liked trance..dont label it progressive trance now that ur liking prog....they are separate genres..and airdrawndagger is a progressive cd.

umm you need better things to worry about. airdrawndagger is almost more ambient than prog, and if youre gonna get specific there is a such this as prog trance vs. prog house. the line is so blurred that you could never truly convince everyone of genre divisions| |
