yeah, on Sat. I was briefly hanging out with DJ Logic and one fellow (forget name) who works with Eco, and they told me this closing down thing too.
Supposedly the place will be turned into a yoga something or other... |

didn't seem to make much sense, except for the fact that more often than not when I'm there, its not sold out, so thought that might be the reason viz. rent
glad to hear.
especially cause I'd MUCH rather be at SR than SPH

I think Menno is one of the few djs left who still play proper trance. Last hour of the set is classics :eyespop: :crazy:
I also hope a lot of ppl come and support cause I must be honest the trance fans in NY suck lol if it's not armin or markus they don't show up, and all the old tranceaddicts r techno heads now and r too good to be seen at a trance show hanging out with team140 and the trance family :haha: :haha:
Even this bunch of ppl I know that used to love avicci and Swedish house mafia r into techno now , I guess that's the new cool trend. |

that last part is a good thing though, at least they've grown out of the candy into the real.
No reason to foresake decent trance though just because there is so much good techno or t- / p- house around, we are allowed to do all of that...
(now the trancefamily is not exactly persona grata around here) |
