I recently listened to Spectrogram and it blew my mind again after all these years. Though, I really don't know how to classify this music since it is different to anything else I know. Does anyone know music similar to the tracks on Spectrogram?

Faerie Dragon Records, which released "Spectrogram", have a few other releases as well. One of which being VA - No Tone Unstirred, which is pretty good :) |

It sounds fairly similar to downbeat/progpsy only sped up a little bit. It's also fairly (euro trancey) which isn't a common trait for that type of sound. Try stuff like kino oko
The neo goa sound sounds a fair bit like the third track. Try filteria and similar. The following track also sounds a bit like the third track you posted.
