Prob because people buy tickets in masses blindly still w/o the lineups .They know they can get away with it, and do. |

Because the party festival goers will buy tickets w/o care as to who the headliners are as long as they're "big names," so the rest of us music lovers get jacked on ticket prices when they finally release the line up and we decide to buy tix :[
