Arbiter Ferry said on ASOT XXL that he didn't expect Out of the Blue 2002 (Original Extended Mix) to get an official release. There are mp3s out there that are labeled System_F_-_Out_of_the_Blue_2002-promo_vinyl that are 7:02 in length and sound pretty good, but I cannot confirm that they are legit. Other than that, there is the 3:33 version from "The Very Best of Ferry Corsten", the unrelated and fake "The Epic Mix" or "Syphoon's 2002 Epic Mix", and a couple of mediocre reconstructions, the best of which is probably "DarkMagus' Extended Edit".
