LinkSYS Router HELP PLS!

Ok, I've had some horrible problems with my router, it is the biggest son of a bitch in the world I wanna ing destroy it, but besides the point...
I need to fuggin break into my LinkSYS Router on my home network and get it to do these things: allow AIM send/talk/connect with everyone, ShoutCast streaming, IRC and FTP transfer/connect abilities to anyone possible. PLEASE lemme know where I go and what to do in the router setup (where you use password to access through Internet Explorer) cause I really really need to set this up so the bitch don't keep letting me do jack and nothing happen...!!!
So please lemme know what to do/how to do to get those working.... And BTW -- we got 4 computers on my network!! THANX! :toothless :toothless |

go read the instructions, it usually sez the ip&port you connect to from your comp :toothless
for my router, there is a specific ip address that i type in that works only locally. You shouldnt have any problems with irc, ftp or anything if youve never been to the setup since default, everything is allowed. |

networking with a router isnt just plug in this plug in that. THere is problems EVERY time.
Make sure you set yourself as the dmz host etc...or youll have problems |

i have a linksys and my computers both work fine. i never had any problems running programs besides setting up as a host for online games.
in the instruction manual there is an ip and password (usally 'admin') and u just type that into ur browser to access the settings. |
