Trying to get an ID on a track I heard

Hey guys,
I was listening to XM radio and heard some DJ play some long hard techno mix and Ive heard this one track so many times and Im sure its an oldies, but I can't remember what the title is and who performs it.
It goes something like:
"Dodge boy dodge boy hes like an angel boy, shes got a lipstock boy she says come on so come on, she smiles at you booooooyyyyyy"
Then it goes into some electric piano beat that has a good tune to it.
Can anyone ID this track for me?
