They should have it by now or they're very close to it. Our great commander-in-chief eloquently spoke on behalf of 'the prime minister of the Islamic republic of Iran' (his own words) after a 'telephone conversation', while dodging Congress at every turn, claiming Iran would not pursue WMD. Someone needs to tell that man about the constitution and the division of powers in this country.
