Oldest Trance DJs / Producers

| I was wondering... How long can a person keep on working with Trance, whether production or DJing, would you keep on going till you're retired at 55+ ????? |

taucher is close to 40! he's been producing since like '93, and dj'ing before that i think. pretty long time...

| Why not? It doesn't depend on age, it depends on love for the job and the music whether you go on or not (imo).. |

I would expect some to say that, I thought that too for a hile, but IMO that's very naive to say... Think about yourself going at it till 60. |

Tiesto is 38 I think.....but we all know where he's going! :(
I think you could probably be a producer longer than a DJ, takes less energy and stuff, and you don't have to constantly travel all the time. That takes a lot out of you. |

Hey we've got a 65 years old DJ in São Paulo. He was on TV one day. So cool, he was mixing and shouting things like "Techno will conquer the world! Get ready for trance!!!" :)
hehe, it made my day :stongue: It's a shame I don't remember his name :p Does anyone Brazilian know about him? |
