How do I get my computer to recognize my external Harddrive??
it stopped recognizing it... :( |

if u're using a usb harddrive like buslink for instance, turn it off unplug it and try re-installing the proper driver for it
it has happened to me too when i've had a bad driver
also sumtimes, the drive letter changes...eg, sumtimes it'll be drive e and other times it'll be drive d...make sure u havent missed that |

Its Firewire.
and i've tried installing the proper driver and what not but none of the drivers work! no matter what i do in Device Manager it just wont recognize my harddrive, in any letter!
IM so fustrated with this, because ALL of my trance is on this drive, and i payed good money for it. |
