I'm gonna be in the UK (London area specifically, but I don't mind a bit of travel) from the 29th of April till the 20th of May. Now... Since I'm basically going to the mother ship, I need to know where to go! Clubs, residents, information, anything! Hook me up!

Please!

depends what exact sound your in to/ London hasn't really got big Trance superclubs like gatecrasher, but its got some excellent trance clubs theres one biggish trance club in London, the Cross, kings cross. and theres a night there called Serious, which is monthly, its on the 19th of may Djs there are Judge Jules, Anthony Pappa, Luke Neville, The other monthly night. Its more if u like a more progressive sound but still trancey aswell, try at the cross again on the 26th of May Djs playing Timo Maas, and Nigel Dawson. But the must of London if you like good music is the Gallery at Turnmills, 63b Clerkenwell Road, it has got some kick ass Djs lineups are 4th of May Sander Kleinenberg, Steve Lee, Oliver Lieb, Dj Remy, then on 11th Tall Paul, John Kelly, Sharp boys, the 18ths got Sister Bliss, Brandon Block, Anthony Pappa. If you can try to head out to Slinky at the Opera House in Bournemouth, its every friday Bournemouth. check it out at www.slinky.co.uk To the southern trance superclub!, this is the club for you if you like Djs I listen to like Scott Bond, Tiesto, AVB, Guy Ornadel! anyway hope this helps you!

Heh

That helped a load!

Trance and hard house are my clubbing choonz of choice...

Do you know if there's a dress code, or any "regulations" on how a person should look? Wouldn't want to go without the required uniform!

Thanks!

if u dont mind traveling up to Nottingham theres some great nights out to be had at hotdog@lost which is mostly hardhouse (dj's such as, Lisa Lashes, JFK, Ferry Corsten, Lonsdale, Anne savage) weekend and there also Serious@Media which has a pretty similar line up to the Cross.

my advice is that if u can u should try and make some trips up to the midlands area/north coz theres a much bigger Trance and Hardhouse scene up here.Code/GC/Cream/GK/Passion etc etc.dresscode wise...

Hardhouse = Anything reflective/louminous/glowing, furry, rediculous. in other words no addy classics and jeans.

trance = more up market but still mad gear.

..........all depends on where u go. check out the club websites for more info on that sorta stuff.

anyway, where u coming from?

I'm from Toronto... Mostly wear big baggy pants and crazy shirts... Blue hair, and all... How do they feel about trainers? Cos I can't say I have a pair of "real" shoes that'd go with what I wear.

And thanks for the info!

trainers r cool, as long as there not bog standards (like addy classics). designer trainers (funky ones/anything a bit different) are genrally accepted when HH clubs r concerned. careful when going to a trancy club, they sometimes can be a bit me glitzy and want shoes. as long as u look the part no 1'z genna care. ur Cnandian, u have the novelty :)
