What is that guy playing these days anyways? Mostly techno?
In terms of Dax J, I think he is somewhat hit and miss but I dig this track and his recent EP on Deeply Rooted. |

Interesting track, but after reading your description I was hoping for something genuinely breakbeat, rather than a couple of minor background loops which won't change how anyone dances. Does give it an early '90s throwback vibe though.
Just scoping the guy's tracks on Beatport. There's a few pieces of sludgy basement but also some nice bangers in there. |
