not going, but a few thoughts on Flash:
very good sound system, cool lights, reasonably priced drinks and covers.
crowd is meh but ok.
entry into the club from the first floor bar is a joke - they have a gimmick where they make you take a photo in the photo booth and then they let you out into the club from the other side.
good small club, sound, lights and djs are a win. |

| Sound at flash is great, def a little better than U Street Music Hall a couple of blocks away. No VIP which is awesome, but they do have some lounge areas on the edge of the dance floor. Nice n intimate spot but has the same issues that Output in NYC sees....too crowded on weekends to actually dance but awesome if you can find a weeknight show. I think they made you go thru the photo booth thing the first few weeks after opening but had no trouble getting upstairs/downstairs the last couple of weeks. Great litte spot with some good talent coming through, enjoy yourselves! |
