I'm a Christian and have read the bible from beginning to end. These are just some of the quotes from the Bible in which it is stated that there is only one true living god. Christ mentioned several times that "he who is greater than I" . Some Christian groups do confuse some of the verses like "Me and the father are one" and "He who has seen me has also seen the father" those are wrongly interpreted. Christ is not god but the son. According to Biblical scriptures he was there by God's side when he made the Universe. |

| An argument could be made for both. He's the son of God so he can't be God. But on the other hand he is worshipped as part of the Trinity (father, son, and the holy spirit), he's clearly no mortal (after all he is the son of a god). At the end of the day you're arguing about something that's not based on logic. But by all means please continue "you should study the Bible" smack. |

No, you cannot argue that Jesus and God are separate.
Physically, you can. But you're making yourself an apostate in the eyes of the church, and a moron in the eyes of those who can read.
They, meaning the church, have been over this subject many, many times. And the answer is Jesus, God and The Holy Spirit are one. It is the hypostasis of Jesus that is the entire foundation of the religion. |

my best friend is black so don't pull the bigotry card but usually when everyone just kinda doesn't like you, the problem is usually you. I mean thousands of years of not being liked, not that it makes what people did to them funny or ok. Shindlers list was great movie. The jews have given us a lot. Does that make them not annoying. I'm the wrong person to ask. The jews are like that kid in school who just never learns. You wish you could help but you can't sacrifice being friends with the kids who have those parties were goes down. |
