Ligaya Overrated

| Man i was browsing the choon of the year thread and everyone is saying ligaya and getting so defensive when someone even utters another track. Someone said that we were all talking about it when we heard the news of its arrival, fair enough, but am I the only one who was disappointed in the finished product? |

| it's a good track imho. but i wouldn't call it choon of the year, not even close. i think it's cause the track is blanketed with the name "gouryella", that's prolly what's causing most of the hysteria. |

| I think it's underrated. It has most of the power of Ferry's remix of Barber's Adagio for Strings, but the production quality is tighter. But that's just my opinion, everyone is entitled to their own and it's stupid to get defensive if someone disagrees with you - it's just their personal taste. I don't think it's the tune of the year, though, or even a strong candidate. I'd go for Oceanlab - Sky Falls Down (Original Mix) or maybe Altitude - Altitude (S.H.O.K.K. Remix). |
