Some virtual analog synths for synth sounds, and pherhaps a sampler for your drum sounds. You could add a synth like the XV-5080 for sounds like pads(synthstrings).
Virtual analog synths:
Korg MS2000
Novation Supernova, Nova (cheaper), and KS4 or KS5(I have listend to demos from these on Novations site, an they sound really great.)
Acces Virus
Roland JP-8080 or JP-8000
Waldorf Q, or Micro Q (much cheaper, expandeble to 75 voices, 16 parts multitembral and sounds great also.)
Clavia Nord Lead
Or you could get some soft synths of course but they don't sound as good as hardware synths.
And you will need a mixer to connect al these synths, and you will need some Mastering stuff. (Could be hardware or software.)
