Hello

Did anybody try this headphone brand?

They make copy's of other famous cans and then sell
them at five times less cost.

There is a model similar to Beyer DT 550 and a few other models
similar to AKG 240 MK11's. There are also other copy models.

Taiwanese company. There seems to be a lot of very good reports.

They also make other audio gear and microphones which they sell on Amazon.

they carry the full Superlux range. Delivery/tax prices to the USA is a flat fee of 40 usa dollars no matter how many items are inside your order.

For Europe and UK the delivery cost is a flat fee of 14 USA dollars or 8.3 Uk pounds no matter how many items.

You see, in the UK we pay 25 percent more for good brand headphones than the USA prices (such as AKG etc)

AKG k -240 MK11 == 152 USA dollars (uk price)
AKG k -240 MK11 = 119 USA dollars (usa price)

but this levy does not happen when the brand names are lesser known brands such as Superlux etc

So yes, in the UK you get 6 Pairs of those Superlux cans for the price of 1 pair of AKG cans. (usa.... it would be 4 pairs)

I wouldn't buy them without hearing them myself. They are probably total .
vinceGOLD
yeah

i was thinking that, for me, it's just a "no brainer" to buy them anyhow...

It literally doesn't matter *what* they are at that price (they could be spare wingnuts for the car EVEN, at that price...it just doesn't matter) (they probably ARE....i hear you say....) ha ha

The Beyer Clones appeal to me

According to every single review, they are excellent cans.

There is also another brand "America Audio" etr 1000r cans at $49.
(DJ cans)
The guy on youtube says "i kid you not, i simply can't tell the difference between these americans over my 220 dollar "famous brand" cans". ye

Kandi says they're good, so they must be good right?

Who's Kandi?

A friend bought a pair of these for like 110$, don't remember the exact model but for that price i thought it was a steal, real solid sound without too many distortions or bloated bass, was even funnier when we found out they were being sold for 60$ on ebay:wtf: best bang for the bang iv'e heard from a headphone.

I would also consider the ATH-M50, you can find them for about 120$ and they are made by Audio Technica.

i have the sennheiser 600's best investment i ever made.

Hi

thanks for all your comments.

FOund a wedge more reviews of the first cans i mentioned. It's clearly a "no brainer" by quite some margin now.

Yes indeed, somebody else also recommended those Audio Technica cans to me before...and they are extremely involved in sound as a career.

What i was thinking is get a few sets of the Superlux (because they have some beautiful cans at just 15 UK pounds and then maybe consider Audio Technica also. The Superlux's can be used and also given as great gifts. They have a model called "Evo" at about 29 us dollars which are lovely cans.

Did you really mean Daniel Kandi?

Haven't heard from him since 3 years now...

I thought he got married, had kids and finally went on pension.
