you guys ever deal with them? Any issues?
I'm trying to transfer a ticket transaction and they keep saying to change the pickup name and all you need is order id number and pickup name.
However the seller says he was told he can give me his personal id, credit card # and a procration letter from him.
Any experiences with that policy? Erica at wantickets is def not acknowledging that policy. |

| I bought a ticket last time DT played Stereo and ended up giving it to my friend (a girl) and she had no prob getting in. I just sent her a pdf of the ticket. I don't know if that's just down to Stereo's lax door people though. |

I think that was the print at home, so that was easy for you to just hand to her.
The e ticket purchase with will call pickup process is bit more complicated... if the person who bought the ticket can't go, he/she has to supply a proxy letter, copies of id and credit card to do the transfer.
I'm dealing with an idiot at wantickets, she hasn't confirmed that process but a few others have, including the BeB website itself, which contains a download of such a proxy letter from, of all places, wantickets :rolleyes: |

| I just sent her the pdf from the e-mail Wanttickets sent me, I didn't have a physical copy myself. Still it sounds like you may be dealing with a different situation. Hope it works out. |
