| I wasn't talking about mine either. Although I've been told that it has a slightly grey hue to it. |

Hosting one on Saturday.
I got two turkeys but only one oven, so I'm firing up the BBQ for turkey number two.
It's supposed to snow and be -5 but it. |

If it's a gas grill, don't bother at -5. Most won't sustain the heat in that weather too cook a big bird. If you have no choice, butcher it first. You will save 2 gas tanks. If you have a Big Green Egg style of grill, no problem. I would say go to Walmart and get a turkey fryer. Dirt cheap and less hassle. It will taste so much better too.
If bbq, don't forget to brine that motherfucker up properly overnight, and cover its cracker ass with tin foil as not to burn the honky's skin. |

So I cooked my turkey on the BBQ with some home made bourbon glaze. Pretty damn tasty.
Jay: I ended up putting the bird in a pan on the BBQ, worked out perfectly, but I had to keep a close eye on it. |

| work's xmas party was a few weekends ago. it was fun -- the raffles, the booze, the white elephant. we won big last year! this year, not so much...but it was still a good win! random funny games, ugly sweater contests...sure it's with coworkers (especially the one you usually hate always shows up), but whatev...it's a good time to mess with your boss i think! haha. |
