see everyone there tonight!

check this one out to warm up for tonight

excellent set

diabloargentino
TOP!

robag was spectacular. great crowd, room everywhere and music was next level.

quick highlights:
depeche mode - enjoy the silence (timo maas remix) (one of my best moments at output ever)
mathew herbert - only you (koze remix)
mt kimbie - made to stray (koze remix)
straight up played daft punk around the world
moderat - bad kingdom (robag 4/4 mix)

there's a few other on the tip of my tongue. just an eclectic set of music - he navigated through so many sounds flawlessly.

well said, diablo. that mount kimbie track on that system was really sweet.

Robag was Robag, nothing more, nothing less. he seemed to really enjoy himself playing last night more than usual. Great set. Great vibe. Great crowd. Glad many peeps came out and showing they were having a good time as well.

one of my favorite nights at output so far.

i'm glad so many people were out to experience what robag is about. he is truly a unique dj that is able to play such different music but put it together so beautifully.

singing enjoy the silence was awesome and i loved how he teased us with moderat-bad kingdom. but im glad i was there to hear it towards the end.

i guess the most shocking thing was how packed output was last night. i had a good feeling it would be good but didn't think there would be this much of a demand for him.

i loved his set last year but i thought this was so much better. you could see he was having a blast and really put everyone on a journey. let's hope he comes back to new york city more often.

what was that "closer" he stretched out at the end?
also, nice wind-up hour from 6 onward!

good crowd.
even at two, GA line kept growing and growing, almost all the way back to side exit. almost funny to see new arrivals around 2:15 round the corner on twelth and going "oh " when seein that line
(about 1/2h wait at 2 for tix holders...)

Thnx Oz for getting me to check Robag out!

Had such a fun time hearing so many house vocal classics I thought I would never hear again in a club with Robags own twist to it, the way he just goes from genre to genre seamlessly is amazing. I left shortly after 5am so not sure what I missed but im sure it was good

Robag did play quite a bit of the usual tracks. Wish I could tell you, Cars but I left around 6:15 thinking it was going to end any second and beat the lines but found out he went til 7 :sadgreen:

But HOLY ... for those of you that missed it, he played a b2b set with T&F at Le Bain last night and that was PERFECT! The intimacy in the place and the energy that was flowing was impeccable; not to mention, that outstanding view which added to the elements. Minus a few dusty records, the track selection for the night was extremely delighting and a nice decompression from the set at output.

T&F did and outstanding job as well and the three were just complementing each other- Cheers on the kick off, guys.. wish you much success! Had a great time at Output but last night was just a bit more personal.

yeah, damn. didn't check my emails all weekend, so saw their email with that LeBain announcement on Monday night, was so pissed.

How is LeBain on T&F Sunday nights, in terms of getting in there with the line politics, dress code an all?
No problem or douchy? Never been.

what do you mean by kick-off, is Robag going to be there more often with T&F?

Long story short, I never made it to output cause my car battery died in williamsburg

Aldi came through around 130 am and got my car started at which point i decided to go back to NJ cause i was stressed as .

I did catch Robag at Le Bain though :)

^^^

next time, just leave the car where it's at, enjoy the night, and call AAA when the party is over, way more fun.

similar happened to me 2012 (forget the event, but was at Roseland, went til 8AM):

traffic was so bad in, took the bridge, but the Henry Hudson also sucked, so detouring through Manhattan up there, effed up, and ended up by Yankee Stadium.
Where I hit something like a large stone block in the road, crunch.
Finally get to parking around Roseland, people are pointing at my car, turn off loud radio, hear this horrible grinding squeal from the front end.
grit teeth, find a spot, and eff it, after that 2h drive, just get inside.

Next morning got AAA to tow me home, drop car off at dealer, 4pm get the call, they found nothing, car is fine.
WTF, but happy, and things turned out good.
tow was free, except for tolls so no harm done.

but at least you made up for it good.
word on that entry there?

lol No, I wish it were that but it was the start to their residency there. I believe, not quite sure about this, but they'll be playing there every last friday of the month (don't quote me on this). As for the club itself, the line itself is a bitch- HUGE BITCH! Very douchey. To give an example, and just one bc there's been multiple, as we got on to enter (no people, no line) around 12ish, one of my friends is swaying back and forth. He has no jacket and we had just came from pre-gaming at a bar nearby. The bouncer asks him why he's doing that and my friend says he's cold. Mind you, he had just 2 shots (fireballs) and the bouncer is like.. don't lie to me, you've been drinking! ummmm WTF, okaay? I thought at this point we weren't going to be let in, it's happened before, but luckily he did.

I guess since we weren't wearing a scarf he was giving us a hard time.
