can't comment on PvD at Twilo, but you think that new method of selling is a bad thing?
if a pre-sale means you'll get in (forget wait time in this case), vs/ just showing up and taking part in the may/may not get in lottery, I'm all for it.
When the populartiy of a place, or an act far exceeds the capacity, why would doors-only ever be good?
how was that back with PvD?

you make the trip there, and then, sorry no go, with none, or way less good options to take you through the night.
maybe ok if you live right there, but if you're traveling, even just 1h, screw that.

I've been keeping up with Dub, not with Sharam but I am familiar with how different they sound but I was moreso referring to how their dynamic will be together now. I just kind of can't picture it I guess lol Would love to hear a sneak peek :p
In regards to the ticket sale comments, some promoters use the funds collected from pre-sales in order to cover some of the booking travel expenses etc. so for them it can very well make a difference between an event happening or not happening. |

As opposed to shelling out of pocket and not making money back to cover travel? I find that hard to believe these days especially when output door can be 40-50 and places like marquee charging 75 upwards...seems like there is plenty of money being made |

no ... you can't attend to an EDM event without seen everyone else's smartphone .... pretty annoying !!!
