Interesting. When I first saw Gaia on the phase 1 lineup I thought it was this dj.

Apparently I was wrong. Funnily enough I was just listening to:
and quite depressed to remember how epic it was when he dropped it at sunset at Ultra 2011. Now, I'd rather stay home than spend a penny on this guy. Seeing as I have a ticket to Ultra I may just go on Sunday to see this.

If Benno was with him for this set it would be awesome.
I wonder how much of this is marketing vs reality though.
I am sure most would expect the trouse and vocals from him at a festival set as opposed to purely uplifting trance that is Gaia. I love Gaia uplifting melodic tunes, but for a festival in the US, not sure how itll play out. He will see a bored crowd and bring on the cheese and vocals. |
