New Tutorial Website Coming Soon!

Hi Guys,

I am currently creating a New Tutorial Website.

The site will be For All Genres and all things music production.

There will be free as well as paid videos on the site and thats why i am writing this post primarily.

I am looking for a few things that should be able to help everyone.

Firstly I am getting together a list of videos that people would like to see. There are no genre restrictions, VST Instrument restrictions, Plugin restrictions or DAW restrictions so if you are looking for something please let me know.

Secondly I would like to offer those of you who can make video tutorials the opportunity to do so for this site. (Written tutorial will also be considered)

I am looking for both free video tutorials and paid video tutorials (I will pay anyone who creates videos for the new site on a 60/40% split in your favour).

I have a large following on the internet and plan to take advantage of this so your videos will get as wide a scope as possible.

Anyway if you have any suggestions, would like to be involved or anything else to add please let me know here.

many thanks,

Mark

I am interested in anything sound design related, especially for more popular styles of electronic music. I'll send you a message about maybe writing some basic tutorials.

Cool idea, Mark. Looking forward to seeing how this goes. I keep thinking about doing some tutorials, so maybe I'll try to contribute something.

You live in Phuket? that seems like fun :)

i'd be happy to see yet another "making a track in one hour" video as those seem to help the most, you can make an uplifting trance one but it would be nice to have one on Anjunadeep's brand of house or JOOF's brand of Trance, not a lot of those online it seems.

Hope vids will be 1080p.
Don't consider it a "detail", it is actually important.
Make a proper intro, build it the right way.

Good luck.

TranceElevation - all my videos are 720p minimum with intros, outros, write ups, high quality audio. however all of this must be done within reason so unless they are video courses which are for purchase they wont be 1080p as there is simply no need.

Thanks guys, please keep the ideas coming and dont be shy, if you think you can contribute then please get in touch :)

Now that i think about it, the most important thing is that you keep everything short yet coherent, i know its a tough thing to do but i sometimes find myself watching a guy explaining a thing or two for 10 minutes when he can do it in 2 minutes.
