thats because sound puts on the yuma tent and help book the underground djs with coachella. its actually a pretty small tent compared to most and basically like a mini club inside the festival.

Tiesto already started the switch last year. He did a 2 hour Club Life special show and he started his own deep house show on Sirius XM. Plus, if it's any indicator of where he's trying to go, for what is worth, he played deep house at Create. He sucked at it, but he still played it.

:conf:

it was a 1 hour mix, 2nd hour was ferhplay or someone. but the tiesto "deep house" mix was terrible. had like 1-2 or good tracks from last year thrown in

They're airing the mix now...

i know that, but it doesn't make what i said any less true. i guess only time will tell ...

edit: also, i've heard from several people that the yuma is going to be much much bigger this year.

it's airing right now. it's not deep house, but it's okay so far. nothing blowing my mind. he just played an age of love bootleg that kind of sucked the life out of the original, imo.

Ah - listening to it no. NO 100% not the same version lol.

Didn't like that at all.

this is what i had thought you were referencing:

you can pick up on the wicked game beat in there but its not a remake at all.

Listening to it now. Halfway through and I like it - dope.

He needs to just stick to this sound as oppose to the electro trouse.

It's better suited for his age and where he's at in his career, anyways.
