I kind of really like last years line up alot more now bhahaha

like theres maybe 3 acts that i really am looking forward to (Art Dept., Von Stroke, Justice - dont judge me) the rest of the bill is ok but im not crazy about...
i'm debating going to DD or just going to the after parties + Electric island... guranteed Art Dept. is doing the Coda after party...

counting electric island its 3 days in the sun with friends so thats whats got me going. currently interested in gerber, AD, and deep dish.

It's probably the best lineup they have had in terms of variety. There's a bit of something for everyone which is cool. It actually looks to have a feel of a festival this year with the added stages and types of music.

But for myself personally, yeah there isn't much there that id go out of my way to see that isn't already here every few months or so besides Luciano or Deep Dish. The latter mainly for nostalgic reasons.

Don't think it's worth the $$$ and time with so much other stuff going down that weekend IMO.

I'm not paying $200 to see Deep Dish which I probably won't even be able to enjoy because of the crowd.

So deep dish is main stage ? Arghhh, and yeah Luciano prob won't show up so I'm not getting hyped for him l, made that mistake last year

That's the best way to go through life - no expectations. .

On another note - I'm super ing excited for this. Nothing beats partying outside on a summer day (in sand no less). Say what you will about the douches running it and the price tag but the lineup is great this year and you won't find another festival of this calibre for cheaper (save for demf). The bookings on the island may more interested to most on here but going to a festival this size is a really unique experience.

I forgot about Gerber...

the variety of music is cool, and that makes the outlook of future events even better...

has anybody ever been to WaveFront Fest in Chicago? Whole lot of deep house on the line up last year, i was thinking maybe about going this year...

I'm considering burning man this year if I don't end up going to Berlin for a techno beat down . And I agree with kotsy. The music gets more enjoyable with some sun and beers

Burning man would be dope. But berlin would prbly be the best bang for your buck....
