Jonah K is a media alchemist specializing in atmospheric, bass-driven music, richly detailed visual art and dynamic animation. Taking inspiration from mysterious places, strange creatures and the outskirts of the sub-conscious, Jonah is a fearless explorer of the imagination and his work conjures deep and vivid narratives.
Jonah's unique musical style fuses eerie melodies and micro-edited synthesis with dusty samples and heavy syncopated rhythms. His Music appears on, Gnome, Permanent Damage, Pawn Shop, Jexonex, Vague Terrain and Periphery Records. He has performed at events throughout Canada as well as in the UAE, Iceland and Thailand alongside many incredible artists, such as Beats Antique, Eskmo, David Starfire, Sub Swara, Heyoka, Dub Gabriel, Bird of Prey and Deadbeat.
