| 1-2 usually, the first one almost always at about 10.30 in the morning. However I had a KFC on Thursday so yesterday the number skyrocketed. |

usually a after dinner...and if i have milk at night, another in the night....
Sometimes my s come in 3s where i take 3 s 20 minutes apart from each other...
