First. You can post the embedded code of the player from soundcloud for easier access. I'm not lazy enough to avoid clicking an external link, but others are lol. Most likely more people will listen if they don't have to, is all I'm saying :)
Now about the track. It is way too over compressed. To me it sounds like you either slapped a compressor on every individual instrument or maybe on the master track itself? Try to cut it back a little bit ;) I can't give proper critique because it's so distorted and compressed :P

Did you add a bunch of compression / limiter on the global track? It sounds like its moving around in the red area for the whole track.
Here's a mastering tip: Use compression on individual tracks. Lower volume on all tracks and start increasing volume in the tracks you want to be the loudest. You have limited space, so everything can't be loud at once.
