He did not do any modifications or remixes to any of the songs, he just played portions of those songs. What you are hearing is an actual song by a little known artist. DJ Misleading created lots of deception by removing the actual artist name from the title and also intentionally mislabeling the song title. If you are using a song ID app be aware that they will give you lots of false ID's and lead you on a path of frustration. |

He often sped up the tracks in his mixes so that they'd be more similar to hi-nrg or happy hardcore, so this might explain why it sounds a little bit different, but there were no actual changes made to the song. :)
Mystik did do a couple releases as Tony Tran under DJ Session One's label however, and it is rumored that the track "Divine Moon" is an original production of his.

myselfeneye: Most of songs are available somewhere, Mystik however sometimes has tracks that sound just like originals but with some details changed.
For example, take Crystal Skies, 4. ATB - Let You Go. It very similar to every mix of this track from ATB, but... well, it's not identic and i haven't ever managed to find this mix. |
Cheers; I know he was a fan of white label vinyls (such as having the extremely rare original version of Airheads - Stan) so this has stumped me on a few occasions. That version of Let U Go is something I'm still hunting myself.

Hey maybe you can clarify something form me...
Just curious as to why you are leaving out the mix id from the tunes identified? Lots of time was spent locating the obscure artist and the proper mix type for you to simply disregard it.
All the song mixes that I found were verified using Discogs. The mixes identified are accurate plus I also found the actual song and confirmed the mix from the tittle information. Leaving this information out seems rather counter productive to ones time and effort spent on this project. :conf: |

Things like club mix/extended mix/original mix are typically a given...I find these specifications unnecessary; only if a version is different from the original track do I feel it is necessary to specify which version it is. This is how I do it with my own productions as well. ;) |
