| Trance is not music say most of the general public , I think you would of heard some one say this to . It seems to me you hear this said by a lot of people that listen to Rock or a style of this , they say its not music because all you have to do is push a few little buttons and the set it to 140bp , were as real music you play { gutars } this gose to show how closed minded some people realy are . |

People who say that should try producing trance, they have no idea how hard it is to program the synths and drum machines, and get everything to sound right together. They say all trance sounds the same, but they only listen to the kick drum. It really pisses me off when people slag something off without giving it a chance....

My father always say, hey "that's not music" also but then I say to him "ohh ok itīs not music" cause he donīt like to have wrong and I say "itīs something even better, itīs trance" and that makes most people shut up.
It is more than just push a few buttons, ok many music makers might have a personal design that they always make the music by. But if you really listen close to the tacks you hear they have done a lot of work with it. Ask the people who like so called music if they really think BSB is music cause their music was ready before they even came to think of it.
Personally I donīt care what other people think, I feel sad for them cause they canīt get into trance. If they only knew what itīs like

| Small minded people usally have a fear of the unknown....Look at the dawn of exploration, people thought that you would fall off the face of the earth cause they didn't understand how big the ocean was, same applies here, people who are closed minded and do not under stand Electronic music have a fear of the unknown, they don't understand it therefore they stay away from it.....am I comparing people who don't like trance to Neanderthals......Maybe :) |

Anyway any one who says,of any kind of music that it's not,is just dumb and stupid.Any style should get at least the respect it deserves because of it's artistic side,and I'm also talking about that crappy dark and death metal,eventhough I hate it as hell:Dbut hey,it takes skills,to make such a song |

| seriously you dont wanna know how much that s me off when people say that about trance - I get racked off when people say trance is - maybe they should just listen to the good stuff instead of judging trance by the that is on the radio (ATB,Alice Deejay etc) I know I have these 2 artists on vinyl but thats cause good producers remixed both (Signum,Dumonde and so on). I wanna give them a ruddy good kick in the knackers :P (anyone that disses trance I mean) |

I know what you mean about your father saying that it's not music, because i'll have had a hard day and come home and put some music on and ten seconds later my mom will bust down my door and say "turn that down, thats not music" and then i turn it up usually just to spite her, but it is still annoying. trance is so music, best out their, people who judge it usually annoy me.

They are right, trance is not real because it's not played live thru live instrumentation. Trance is ARTIFICIAL, it's ELECTRONIC. To like TRANCE, you have to like electronic sound, to like electronic sound, you have to like artificial sound; BUT ISN'T THAT WHY WE LOVE TRANCE SO MUCH?
It's precision, How every sound is MATHEMATICALLY DISECTABLE. How every sound is COMPLETELY CONTROLLED to the producer's spec, Flowing into your ears with perfect synchronization.
It's an artificial orchestra controlled, synchronized, and executed by one MAESTRO, or "maestro's".
So next time someone says trance is not real, you agree because TRANCE IS SO ARTIFICIAL, YET AT THE SAME TIME, SO REAL.

yeah im wiv u guys on this, TRANCE has evolved from music thats touched cultures, but now technology has aided and created new music, and this is Trance, its the sound for the Future, people say 2 me its to repetitive. that, TRANCE flows like a train thats not gonna stop, all it is, is small minded people who only like the music that gave them a buzz, while it was there time. Its out Time now, and our music is TRANCE.
Hope my opinion is well suited :P
