I think because the melody is so powerful, it overpowers your kick and drums. The bass really doesn't stand out either. I would work on your levels, and cut any un-needed lows from your leads, pads, etc. Don't be afraid to boost in the highs of your bass and kick, can really bring it out in the mix more. Either your kick is really subby and clashes with your bassline, or your bassline is I can't really tell. I don't leave a lot of feedback on here but this track has tons of potential!
