ever get hit on in public?

| It hasn't happened to me in awhile of course you can't always guess what a persons intent is when they approach you but 9/10 if its a cute girl I automatically assume they wanna . :toocool: case in point today I was minding my own business in the subway when a Asian girl asks me if we just passed the station we were just at . I obviously thought she was just a tourist , and kindly said "yes" but then something told me she already knew the answer when she didn't get off the next stop, she then proceeded to ask me what I was doing on this Sunday Afternoon and proceeded to tell me why she was heading in to town, and was just being all around friendly, and it seemed like she was genuinely trying to get to know a brotha . Anyway as I got off I just said it was nice to meet you and have a good day. maybe I am overthinkinking it but did I miss the boat by not asking for a number or at least a name? She was carrying the conversation but I couldn't do much to elevate it as my destination was only a short while a way |

Anyways, yea... I chatted with this girl in one of my classes last summer pretty often, and she was always quick to compliment me in class or talk to me. I added her to FB but she was married so I didn't think much of it.
Six months later she asks me out of the blue to help her with some homework (she goes to a different uni now) so we met up and had coffee and felt def more like a date, especially with her saying how much she was worried she might make a "mistake" with her marriage and some... other interesting things.
Hung out a couple times since (on her initiative) in the last 6 weeks, but I asked her out last week and we going out for drinks this week. |

| Its different if you are in a class or something because than you are in a group setting with a bunch of people with something in common and are encouraged to get to know each other, but maybe its different since she was married and reached out to you Months later. In public it's random (Unless your in Brazil or like a beautiful chick) like a person has to choose you out of a sea of people. |

Well I never really felt like she was hitting on me in class, she was just really friendly and positive.
Now when we met for coffee... I mean that was a crowded place and it was no mistake hitting on me. I was like "uh... ok..." but I guess that wasn't really random, though I didn't go to it expecting to be hit on haha. |

Heh, tbh I was a bit off put. I wasn't expecting it and she is married. To a eastern european. An eastern european electrician.
Also I am usually late to the party when it comes to figuring out a girl likes me... :whip: I over think the out of things and usually conclude that it is impossible. It isn't until later that they tell me or someone else tells me that I've been stupid that I go "oh!".
We'll see after this week though. If I am feeling it when we go out for drinks. |
