Well I just saw Tiesto last night in here in Orlando...and let me tell you it was GREAT! That guy has got to be the coolest DJ. He is so friendly, and very down to earth.
Before he went on, he was hanging out with the crowd for about an hour. I got a chance to talk to him a bit, and ask him a few questions. He seemed like he was thrilled to talk to all his fans. He was all smiles, so I asked him, "You love what you do dont you?"...his repley "Oh yeah! I love making people happy" What a cool guy! I asked him a few other questions and talked to him a bit more.
It was funny, almost seemed like he enjoyed hanging out with the crowd a bit too much...seemed like he postponed going on a bit just to hang out. I guess the bouncer had to go up to him and tell him the the opening DJ was running out of to play...so he has "got to go on soon".
Anyway, thanks for all the people who responded to my "how do you pronounce Tiesto's first name post" I think I was the only one who knew his first name...much less knew how to pronounce it. I asked him how I was doing with the pronouciation...he said I was right on. I was saying a cross between "Ties" and "(T)ice". So thanks guys.

| Yep, I agree you're very lucky. For our Gatecrasher tour in June, Tiesto has unfortunately pulled out for some reason. Very disappointed, but these things happen. |

I doubt it very much that he'd run out of records ever. But I agree, Tiesto kicked ass! I danced non stop, and I hit the roof when he played the recored Yahel-Voyage! | Ive been in Orlando for a while, and Ill have to agree that Cliff-T is damn good. Im just relaying what I heard the bouncer say. Wether it was true or not...dont know. :) |

| C'mon D-Syde, I'm not trying to start the up or anything... but I guess I did sound pretty agressive, but it's only because I posted the reply just a few minutes after I woke up... you know... after a long night @ ICON and playing UNREAL TOURNAMENT until dawn(damn fragz, piss me off %) )... but my intentions were just to express myself, not to pick on you(or that bouncer, just don't tell him that)... anyway, that's all I wanted to say! I'm high as f*ck... wake and bake baby! Celebrate 4:20 on 4/20 everybody! WeeD RuLeZ! Orlando sucks! Russia just wait... I'll be there this summer! |

i was there too ... i am the kid that was in the red shirt
my boy was with me with my digicam .. tiesto was off the chain .. i got to meet him and talk to him .. he was so cool
the best was when he was done spinnin the croud got him to get back up and play another record and he threw on urban train
i got the whole thing on video .. the video is of me and my bud but we got good shots of tiesto on the board and the tables .. u can see exactly what hes doin on the mixes .. my boy is a dj so he wanted to watch him mix .. if u want the vid just ask and ill hook u up with it .. i got some pictures with him too .. hes a great guy and i could tell he was feelin the croud .. hopefully he'll come back
