i dont think that its that. i just think tht the letter asks some very pointed and valad questions. and most of which have largely been ignored my main streem media. i think its rather interesting to read and hear, and should engourage some smart debate(hopefully). |

the real question is, name ONE, just ONE prominant muslim-arabic figure in the US and you'll be right 100% about what you had just stated... until then this thread is going no where.
most probably is that there's no prominant arabic figure in the us because the media decided so (no coverage--_>then its not a public figure)
for example, yasser arafat condemned right away those actions and i believe every muslim leader worldwide (except saddam hussein) and did you hear anything about these public world wide figures?
Also, a bit off topic, I remember some Christian leaders who didn't condemn those attacks stating that the US got what they deserved because of the debauchery, homosexuality and some other BS...
its easy to write letters like the one posted in here... and even easier to post here without thinking about it for a minute. |

thats because christians are just as dumb as Muslims. however, most of the christians condemned these evangelists.
i think its funny how its the thing to say that americans are dumbasses and deserved what they got, but not say that to Muslims, or whatever other group. All groups are just people; borders, ideals, and all other things mean nothing.
When i hear people bitching about countries, religions, and cultures it makes me wanna go nuts. Thats what pisses me off about the conflicts on the middle east, its all a bunch of dumbasses getting their panties in a wad because of two dumb things (culture and religion). |

and just for the record I'm not muslim, I'm a Christian who doesn't believe in anything or go to church...

a few lines does not instantly hatred make...or something. look, you get a message and feeling from the entire piece, not just a few lines in it.
this may be a stretch but im sure somebody like hitler once said "my you look great today" but that didnt make him a good person.
hopefully you see what im getting at even with the example. which i may add was hastely written cause i have to pee really badly. |
