Speaking of soaking my nuts, can't remember the last time I've taken a bath.

Apparently doing this helps your body absorb more nutrients from the almonds, which is why I first tried it, but then realized I also enjoy them more this way.

Fruit, veggies + dip, cheese and crackers. I mean, I actually LOVE junk food - chips and chocolate, etc etc...but obviously it's terrible and makes me feel like , so I limit junk days to when I'm hungover, lol.

Like today, for example. I ate a whole bag of sour cream and bacon Ruffles, and a salted caramel Hagen Daaz ice cream bar. :gsmile:

Walnuts, concord grapes, blueberries, yellow apples, pears and kiwis just to name a few. Keeps the stomach in check with plenty of antioxidants to boost my health.

Sable grapes are really good actually, I'm lucky we have a nice farmer's market here in Yonkers, it's only a few blocks away from my house and they all know my name like the show cheers, they make me feel special :o :) I'm also a sucker for sweet Euro plums, cherries, green cantaloupe, and probably my all time favorite is Figs, cannot stop eating those.
