Decent MP3 cutter please??????????????

I'm using mp3 cutter 2.0 (as found on this site) now to cut my mp3's which is really handy for cutting small samples out of single mp3's. However, I've been trying to cut big sets into 2 parts lately and I found out that MP3cutter isn't really suitable for that. It isn't accurate at all.
So does anyone have a good, accurate MP3 cutter for me??
That's the first thing, the second is a lil' prog to fade mp3's in and out. Coz when I cut a set in 2 pieces and I put them on audio cd the first cd breaks off in the middle of the mix and I want to fade that out.
So sorry for the big story for the small request: a MP3cutter and a prog to fade in/out.

| Cool Edit can do that, youll need a prog to convert the .mp3`s in .wav`s so u can work on them in C.Edit, u can use Audio Active MP3-WAV for that. |

I used the mp3 cutter to split up a 600 meg mp3 into multiple parts... (trance energy sept/2000) that I recorded...
It works fine...just go by frame # instead of by time for more accuracy |
