To be honest I am listening through Steve Eagle's mixes of "When Trance Was Good" and the Trance from this era is just absolutely astounding. This really is my next fix after getting bored of 4/4 anthems... lol I was looking through beatport but they don't have everything... like all the classic Trance from the early to mid 90s. (1990-1995)
If possible would you by any chance know where to get Eye Q records on any digital website nowadays? Those tracks are really hard to find. Very rare too.
Eye Q Records
Cosmic Baby's works
Platipus Records
Hardfloor's works
Oliver Lieb's works (and all his monikers)
Goahead - Freebeach (Anjuna Mix) <---
can't find these anywhere on the net, but I can only find a bunch of mixtapes... is there a place to get these works unmixed?
just looking for a place where you could download OR buy digital copies |

| You can find some of Lieb and Hardfloor's stuff on Amazon's MP3 store. Mostly the original artists have to have gotten the rights to their old music back and made it available themselves, since a lot of the original Platipus and Eye Q (Harthouse) material ended up in legal limbo when those labels folded. |

what about Banzai? damn that is one hell of a label I forgot to ask about too.
I'll check out Amazon. I hope I can get my hands on some more LSG stuff.
are Cosmic Baby's stuff available somewhere too?? |

| Amazon is pretty good, I always check them as a last resort. |

My go-to site for mp3s is mrtzcmp3, but that's free stuff...if you're looking to pay, I'd say your best bet of finding rare stuff would be buying physical copies from people on Discogs; perhaps someone will be willing to do rips as well. Unfortunately, very few digital stores these days contain even half-complete catalogues of 90s trance labels, so buying from other people or finding free downloads is your best bet I'd reckon. I was unable to find Jones & Stephenson - Gummiringe any other way. Hell of a track...
I know EDM Records takes pride in their classics, they have a decent selection available at Beatport. Myself I'm looking for somewhere to collect Go For It! stuff, I've got loads I'd like from that label but can't find anywhere.
From what I've been able to tell, Beatport, Amazon & Junodownload are your best bets for digital stores. |

This, though you can add Amazon to list as well. Heck, you can find early Spicelab albums for less than $1. You get a physical copy, plus a source to rip from anytime you like (just in case the digital copy's lost for some reason). |
