Would love to see a proper Anjunadeep night -- the place has got to have two rooms though and it probably couldn't be an overly big venue. These cats are hated on by the "purists" but in reality the music they put out is just sublime. The hate comes from biases against anything with "Anjuna" attached to it. Sad but true.
A big proper trance takeover night at Space. Something really good, and on the terrace! Or at least the loft. Preferably both. Thinking like John Fleming vs Lawrence, a FSOE blowout, etc. I know the financials of something like this make it really hard to do. It's a fact that trance fans don't spend as much money as the house music crowd. Note: no touchy-feely sing-songy crap like Solarstone -- I know people like him but since this is my wishlist, no.
Would like to see Sian get top billing at Space one day, I think that guy is immensely talented, diverse, and would really do well there. Has a good feel for the music...
I'd like to see in Tampa and Orlando, not really anyone in particular but just a weekly or even biweekly NIGHT somewhere good. Senso was awesome when it was open -- it's gone. Firestone is crap, Roxy can be good when the Senso people did a couple of shows there, and I think Vain "Could" be good if done right. Hyde Park Cafe, Suite B you say? Rinky-dink. I mean you can have fun there but you definitely do not get the big-show feeling there at all. The Kennedy in Tampa is the best venue in Florida not in Miami. What happened to their shows? Must've not done as well financially but it always seemed pretty full with people buying a lot of drinks. I happen to think there's a lot of potential for a proper house music club especially in Orlando's burgeoning downtown.

Some Detroit techno in Orlando. Can we get a Carl Craig or a Stacey Pullen, etc please? Don't get why we don't get more, girls love dancing to that style of techno. |

One more JOC/Aly & Fila show at a space is all i ask. I also wouldn't mind if John Askew was the guest.
As for house, I'd like to see some Silk Royal artists like Zack Roth, Jacob Henry, Shingo, and so on. |
