| DAE remember how great bird music was in the mid/late 90's? So much better than the predictable, formulaic 1 note chirps you hear outside these days. Robins used to have such a classic sound, but now come springtime it's just the same dull repetitive chirping pattern over and over again. Is it possible the birds have become too mainstream? Are they dumbing down their bird music to appeal to a wider bird audience? Bird songs were so much better in the 90s. |

| the average bird has been losing acres of land due to human interference for quite some time. their music is now dull because of this. the singing birds you speak of are fewer because the sparrows and robins are the ones nesting in our yards. i reminisce of the days when the birds would gather in my yard in the morning by the plenty and sing wondrous melodies, now all i see is hawks trying to drop turd on my head so i walk with my hood up |

Great thing about living in Wisconsin are the sounds of nature. Lots of birds here that create a nice chorus.
Best thing in the morning:
