Crew Love @ Output or Blkmarket 8 year tonight?

If you were a 27 y/o dude flying solo for the evening which would you hit up?
I'm from SF and haven't been out in NYC before. I'm staying at my friend's place in Astoria and he's working late so I'm on my own for the evening. I'm more into deep house than techno so I'm leaning towards Output, but I generally prefer UG events to club shows back home because they get a bit "crazier" if you catch my drift.
I'm curious for some input from the vets. Thanks! |

vet, no, but you'd be ok at either.
however, blk parties are always really good, adn this one is looking quite nice.
Mayer at BLK last year was a lot of fun, and judging by that diverse set, you'll get more than just techno from him...
nvr been to the space, seems a new one.
don't forget to tack on either ReSolute's label party (starts when BLK ends), or the Verboten brunch... |

Output has a great underground club vibe and a sound system like no other. No models, no bottles, just music (and Sapporo!).
Blk parties are obviously always awesome.
Honestly, you'll be happy with whichever one you choose. How late is Blk's party going? You could even do both. |

if you're more into deep house, i'd stir away from BlkM- zenker bros is more mnml techno and mayer i'd assume would play along the same lines and whatnot; house, too, of course... the party is going til 5am.
but if i were you, there's so much with what you're looking for:
- Rinsed, ben pearce is really awesome and it's TBA.. they throw really awesome parties (warehouse) and it's going "straight til morning", so this would be my #1 choice.
- Verboten, andhim & bedouin w/ chromeo.. good lineup there and i hear nothing but great things about the club.
- Zero, job jobse & LVN is another great night of music.. they, too, throw really awesome parties (warehouse).

edit: i just noticed that Zero will be at Tribeca Studio and going til 5:30am. Rinsed, FTW! make it happen, you'll thank me later. |

| Thx for the tips guys. I ended up heading to Output and had a great time. The club really is fantastic although it got a bit crowded around peak time. Next time I'm in the city I'll be sure to hit up one of the UG's. |
