Marco V used to be among my favorite DJ's, but lately he has been putting out poor sets and next to no productions. His work in 2002 pales in comparison to the storming he did in 2001. Hopefully this will redeem his skills.

| Well considering most DJs play more deep on the Essential Mix, Marco may play a deeper set, Ill tune in but cant be arsed with a banging trance/techno set. |

After Con:fusion Marco is now focussing more on Benjamin Bates' productions, so this might be why you haven't seen a lot of him recently. |

True! I love the Marco V from 2001. His sets and productions were amazing. Respect for his Con:fusion album. But somehow he managed to lack in 2002. I've seen him live at Qontact earlier this year. It was a nice set, but on the other hand Marco was throwing more and more hardhouse records in his sets. That's not exactly his style IMO. I'm not saying he can't do it, but I think he's a way better DJ with his tek-trance/techno style. |
