Massive Library is empty

| Every since I installed Komplete 9, I've never had any presets for Massive. When i check the Sounds-folder it's empty, and rebuilding database does not do anything. What can I do to fix this? |

massive does that.
the in synth browser doesn't work. I mean it works in that you can view but you an't actually add tags. |

| Thanks for the reply, but I'm not sure if that answered my question.. The problem is that I have no presets for Massive at all. All my other synths in Komplete have lots of presets, but not Massive. Doesn't Massive come with any presents after install? I've even tired to re-install everything, but Massive is still empty. Is there any way to download the preset package? |

windows or pc ?
probably just need to adjust the directory. If they have never showed up, they are most likely there. |
