not too sure about cdjs, but for equipment, i always check www.musiciansfriend.com first. They usually have the cheapest deals for dj equipment and many of their items have free shipping.
For vinyls within the USA, I always go to www.planetxusa.com because they dont mess around and always ship the next day. Since Im on the east coast like them, i always get my records within 5 days and they always give you a tracking number to track where your records are. They have a huge selection and the website is always accurate when it comes to availability. Although most ppl dont see the audio sample icon, its there. There are 3 icons lined up vertically, and its the bottom one. Only downside to ordering from them is that they have a $40 minimum order so you better make a list.
www.Satelliterecords.com is great overall as well, but thats the first place ppl hit up so their availability sucks.

i have been shopping alittle and heres what i found...
i got a new vinyl case from http://www.joyryderecords.com the guys who run the store are djs and they are pretty cool
as busychild said earlier, musiciansfriend seems to have nice prices, and a huge selection. i got my turntable cases there and probably my next mixer... allen and heath xone either 32 or 64, havent decided yet...
http://www.djmr.com seemed to have good prices too
i got my ortofon nightclubs at www.sixstardj.com. that seemed to be the best price i could find at the time. i dont know if theres a best all around dj shop, you just have to look. all i can say is that the above stores keep showing back up when i run searches. as far as records, planetx and satellite records are as far as i went, i vaguely remember that there was another forum about record shops, you may want to look through the ones in the past few days
